Parents are welcome to access the library with their child and also take books home for their child to read. Parents must make sure they are completing the book signing in/out sheet which is available in the library.

The great outdoors

There’s so much children can learn from the great outdoors, we view outside as an extension of our nursery space.

Spending time outside is a big part of our day and we openly encourage children to play outdoors as often as they wish.

At Bright Swans we have a large secure play area where children can enjoy a variety of physical activities, such as playing in our Wendy house, cooking up muddy delights in our mud kitchen and riding trikes and bikes.

We also have areas for sand and water play as well as our very own vegetable garden where children can take part in planting different vegetables and watching them grow. We also have a mini beast garden where children enjoy searching and learning about different insects using magnifying glasses.
